We had E-Roof replace the roof on our 1919 Minneapolis home, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, Teddy and the entire team were professional, honest, and incredibly responsive. Communication throughout the project was excellent. Every question was answered promptly, and I always knew what to expect. The crew completed what turned out to be a fairly complex roof replacement in about a day and a half. Several other contractors who have since been at our home have independently commented on the quality of the workmanship and told me the roof looks excellent. What impressed me most, however, was how they handled the unexpected. Because our 100+ year-old roof structure required realignment and correction, we experienced some interior ceiling damage due to the stress placed on old, previously weakened plaster. E-Roof did not ignore the issue or disappear after finishing the roof. Teddy came out personally, walked through the damage with us, explained what had happened, documented their findings, and has been helping coordinate qualified contractors to obtain repair estimates. While this was not something covered under their contract, their willingness to continue helping after the roof was complete says a great deal about the kind of company they are. They also pointed out and helped address other issues with our home that needed attention, rather than simply replacing the roof and leaving. Home projects on older houses are rarely simple, but E-Roof made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience feel organized, transparent, and well managed. If I ever need another roof, or if friends or family ask for a roofing recommendation, E-Roof will be the first company I recommend without hesitation.

I recently discovered I had a small hole in the corner of my roof, most likely due to a tree branch falling on it. I contacted Tyler at eRoof to get an estimate of the repair. He was very responsive and gave a detailed breakdown of what they'd likely need to do to repair it. I also had concerns that water might've gotten into my attic space and there could be possible mold as a result. After I signed the contract, he had his team stop out right away. They took pictures of what the inside looked like and luckily the hole was right above the eaves, so no water went in the attic. They were quick and very professional. After they completed the job, I couldn't tell there was ever a hole to begin with. Tyler charged me exactly what the quote was and there were no surprises. ERoof did a great job. They showed up when they promised and completed the work as proposed. They cleaned up well and the city inspector said the roof looked good. They patched some cedar siding that was bad and now it looks great.

The eRoof team was immediately responsive from my initial query through the final walk-thru. They went above and beyond to ensure we understood the work, offered to work with our insurance, and always picked up the phone when we called. On top of that - and before we had even signed a larger agreement with them - the team came out same-day to do an immediate patch on our leaky roof. It meant that the team came to our house after a full day of work on other homes, and yet they worked with intentionality. I so appreciated the extra time and energy they spent to ensure we avoided further home damage. The team that came to our house worked so hard and so quickly to complete our project in a timely manner. It was so impressive to watch them in action. From the care they took in tarping our windows (and part of the neighboring building) to protect them, to the thorough clean-up they did after a day's work (when it had started to rain), every step felt intentional and best practice. I would happily work with eRoof again and will recommend them in a heartbeat.

I hired Eroof to completely replace my aging cedar shake roof in Mound, MN with a new premium asphalt roof (Certainteed presidential TL). They did a great job. They communicated well. The quality was high. I would use them again and they were competitively priced with other leading roofing companies in the area.
