eRoof does not recommend repairs to products that are old and weathered as the likelihood of a successful repair is less likely as materials age.

Can a leaking roof be repaired?

Can my old roof be repaired?
eRoof does not recommend repairs to shingle roofs that are over 15 years old. The likelihood of a successful repair diminishes as products age.
How much do repairs cost?
eRoof has a $500 minimum charge for all general repairs. Cost will depend on the extent of the required repair.
