The last thing I wanted to do was drain my time dealing with my insurance claim. eRoof helped with all of this and has guided us every step of the way. Our roof was completed way ahead of scheduled and the "clean up" after installing our roof was really great. Last time we got a new roof we found hundreds of nails the very next day. It has been over a week since our new roof was installed and we have only found 2 nails on our property. The clean up was amazing! I could go on and on. I can’t recommend eroof highly enough- they really did a fantastic job! They sent me a mailer saying I may have had damage from a storm that hit my area and I remember wow I had been meaning to follow up on that (golf ball size hail hit my house like 8 months prior). I’d totally forgot about the storm and to follow up on getting it fixed so the mailer was so helpful! I did have extensive hail damage on my roof and Teddy walked me through all the steps to contact my insurance and have a claims person out to check for damage. Teddy helped with communication with my insurance company, was patient while I took a week to choose shingle color, patient when my insurance check got lost in the mail. It truly was a great experience. Pricing was transparent - I didn’t end up paying more than what we originally agreed upon. The crew finished my entire roof plus garage in one working day and cleaned up really well (went above and beyond). They are the best and don’t think twice about working with them! And now they sent me cookies in the mail a month after the job wrapped up! The gift that keeps on giving 😂

I was so grateful to find these guys. I had several bids to replace my roof after hail damage, and theirs was undoubtedly the best bid. And I had some good bids from some really good companies. But eRoof was quick, thorough and took care of everything for me. Locally owned, great owner (Tyler!) and a very efficient rep (Aaron) and crew. I am totally impressed and happy!

After taking quotes from some of the more well-known roofing companies, I took a quote from Tyler @ E-Roof. Which turned out to be the lowest bid. My background is in Manufacturing, making sure that people in production are following instructions correctly. To make sure that projects and procedures are followed correctly every time. Tyler convinced me that E-Roof's goal was to train their employees to follow policies and procedures every time.

As a pair of homeowners navigating the insurance claim process for the first time, they did a fabulous job at managing timelines, working with our insurance company & adjuster, and walking us through the end-to-end process. They made useful, non-pressure recommendations, and clearly laid out the pros & cons of all available options as we encountered them. They also ensured each aspect of the work met their high quality standards—even sending a crew back for a few hours to work on a small portion of the cedar shake siding that they identified as missing the mark We're very happy with the overall experience & end result of the eRoof's work, and would definitely work with them again for any future needs or improvements to our home!
